Proper Dance Attite

Hello G&G Family! We just wanted to create a post to discuss proper dance attire. We respectfully ask that your child comes to class dressed in proper dance wear. This enables us to see the lines they are creating and foot, leg and arm placement to provide the proper corrections. It is our job to help your dancer look and feel their best and this will help us immensely. What is proper dance wear? While we do not require tights, we do ask that your dancer comes dressed in a one piece leotard or swimming suit. Dancers are permitted to wear ONE of the following: dance pants/shorts OR a form fitted t-shirt or tank top. If extra or excessively baggy clothing is worn, we will ask for it to be removed. Dancers must come to class with their hair pulled back and off their face in a ponytail, braid or bun. Proper dance shoes must be worn for each class.
